About Me

Personal Introduction

Hi, my name is Susan Gruenling, and I am thrilled that you want to know more about me. I am a creator at heart. I love to design and decorate, and I love applying my skills in the real estate industry. I’m not afraid of wielding a hammer and I can lay tile with the best of them. Remodeling homes takes a certain level of patience and meticulous attention to detail. My approach to your real estate needs deserves as much if not more attention, and I guarantee that I will provide you with the best, friendliest service available. Contrary to popular consensus, I believe the real estate market is in an era that we haven’t seen since the beginning of the 1990’s.

Short Biography

Originally from New Jersey and a city girl at heart, I followed my creative dreams out west where I had the pleasure of renovating my first home in California…etc, etc.

Mission Statement

My mission is to connect with you authentically to create a sense of community that lasts a lifetime. You are my primary interest and I do everything I can to help you through the process of buying or selling a home.
