While I haven’t actually hosted a casual get together in this very home, I have been a guest to many casual gatherings here and I must agree that this is the perfect Sonoran Oasis, particularly for the first time home-buyer. There’s plenty of space, a beautiful back yard with a pool that’s exactly the size it should be, comfortable entertaining areas that accommodate multiple conversation groups, and a quiet neighborhood too. The backyard is the focal point of this comfortable property!
